We asked Rosh to complete a feasibility study for us when we were considering taking on a significant new project. There were a lot of complexities for her to work through, including governance and staffing issues and the short and long term financial implications. 

Passing the work over to Rosh gave myself and our Board of Governors an expert, impartial view and a range of options to consider.

Rosh Milner from RMQS was commissioned to provide interim business Management for Rotherham myplace, South Yorkshire’s premier young people’s facility and to induct the new manager once appointed. In addition Rosh was asked to observe the organisation and to make general comments to assist the YMCA to become more efficient and responsive.

This commission was for a period of five weeks. Rosh had an immediate positive effect upon taking up the commission. She very quickly organised the centre team to ensure that they felt confident and competent as they focused on the needs of the customers. She immediately assessed the range of priorities to ensure that myplace core business continued seamlessly and that business systems remained operational.  

Rosh provided a very well structured handover and induction for the new manager enabling him to pick up the key business priorities very quickly. Towards the end of the commission Rosh met with the CEO to present an incisive, detailed and helpful report which identified key observations together with recommendations on how to address areas for development. It was clear that Rosh’s background in senior strategic management, quality assurance, performance systems and in human resources provided an edge which has been of great benefit to YMCA White Rose.
